Established in 2003, the Ivey Chase Homeowners Association serves to enhance and protect the property values in the Ivey Chase subdivision by working together to provide a safe and enjoyable living environment in which to live and raise our families.

Our subdivision is located just over 30 miles northeast of Atlanta, Georgia on Old Peachtree Road near where Old P'tree intersects with Old Fountain Road in unincorporated Gwinnett County. Nearby cities include Dacula, Lawrenceville, Buford, Suwanee, Winder and Auburn.
